     Discover the new gastronomic chapter of La Maison de Pierre, now nestled in the heart of the Berria Hotel, where tradition and modernity meet for an unforgettable culinary experience. Our establishment, recently awarded a Michelin star, invites you on a sensory journey in the center of Hasparren.

    Our sommelier, Maxime, will take you on a journey through French vineyards with surprising discoveries from Irouléguy, all presented in a rich and varied cellar book.

    We are open from Thursday to Monday, ready to welcome you for lunch and dinner. For little gourmets, our "Initiation" menu offers the perfect introduction to haute cuisine.
