Meet the boss Peio Donapetry

Peio Donapetry, Maître Restaurateur, is a young chef offering local cuisine that showcases local products. It offers an approach from the raw product to the plate, recognized by the Culinary College of France. He worked alongside Alain Dutournier and Jean Coussau (2 stars). The menu offered by Peio exudes authenticity and excellence, respecting the seasons. Its menu is constantly renewed.

For travelers staying in one of the rooms of our hotel-restaurant in the Basque Country, we offer a half-board formula. This offer includes breakfast and dinner, with starter, main course and dessert, excluding drinks. You will compose your menu according to the menu of the day. Half board is €50 per person per day.
