Peio Donapetry, Maître Restaurateur, is a young chef offering local cuisine that showcases local products. It offers an approach from the raw product to the plate, recognized by the Culinary College of France. He worked alongside Alain Dutournier and Jean Coussau (2 stars). The menu offered by Peio exudes authenticity and excellence, respecting the seasons. Its menu is constantly renewed.
